Paul Howell, the Sedgefield Member of Parliament, is today launching a survey of local people in order to improve his understanding of who local people thinking should be the next Conservative leader and our next Prime Minister.
Whilst Paul feels there is an outstanding field of people who have come forward, and it will ultimately be up to Conservative members to decide who should stand, he is interested to hear from local people on their perspective as well.
