One in seven women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime.
That's why I am proud to support the #TakeTheTime campaign to help inform women across the UK of the importance of checking their breasts regularly.
As a man of a certain age, I admit these things can often be difficult to talk about.
Nevertheless, it is our duty to break the stigma and make sure women feel confident enough to talk openly about their bodies and health.
